Getting started

Nexon account

  1. 1Register on the Nexon website.
  2. 2Verify your email address from the mail you get.

Nexon Launcher

  1. 1Download and install the Nexon Launcher from the Nexon website.
  2. 2Log in with your Nexon account.
  3. 3Find MapleStory in your library, turn on the MapleStory Classic World toggle and download the client. You don't need MapleStory itself.

Steam

  1. 1Find MapleStory in your Steam library and install it. On Steam, MapleStory and Classic World come as one build, so the download is much larger.
  2. 2Let the download and any updates finish.
  3. 3Link your Steam profile in your Nexon account settings on the website, or sign in with your Nexon account the first time you start the game.

Trade restriction
New accounts can't trade. Trading opens 24 hours after a character on the account reaches Lv. 15.
